Zombie Preparedness Center

“Always be prepared,” is the Boy Scouts of America motto. Well, over in Lenexa, Kansas, the good people of Westlake Ace Hardware have taken being prepared to an entirely different level: protection from and for the undead — more specifically, Zombies. They’re just using about 600 watts of AC. That’s like a home stereo amp, a backup power supply for your computer, or a nice strobe light. I’m not saying that we’ll never have a fire happen at a rave again. And don’t go wildly wave your amp at a fire in your house either. But it would be cool if a fireman showed up at your house with a pack from Ghostbusters on his back and dropped the flames without soaking everything in your house.
